WisDems Spokesman Declares Opposition to Abortion
MILWAUKEE – Democratic Party of Wisconsin spokesman Graeme Zielinski declared his strong opposition to abortion last Friday via his Twitter account. Responding to an inquiry from another Twitter user, Zielinski tweeted “I hate abortion” and called it a “threat to life.” Media Trackers has screenshots of the tweets on its website.
“Graeme Zielinski has repeatedly attacked others who apparently share his concern over abortion. It is no small irony that he would apparently, suddenly, depart from his party’s position, particularly after having spent so much time last year lambasting Rep. Paul Ryan (R) for his views on the issue,” remarked Brian Sikma, communications director for Media Trackers.
“Going into the new year it appears that the leadership of the Democratic Party is already divided against itself,” Sikma concluded.
