Warrant Issued for Ohio Man Accused of Food Stamp Fraud

Southwestern Ohio authorities issued an indictment and arrest warrant for David Kilgore, who is accused of food stamp fraud, Medicaid fraud, money laundering, and numerous other charges, on July 18. The 7-page Brown County Court of Common Pleas indictment contains 8 felony counts – including a first degree felony Engaging in a Pattern of Corrupt Activity charge – and 2 misdemeanors.
